The Implementation Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors comprised of members who assist with the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP). The committee is made up of stakeholder representatives from Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), Maryland Department of Agriculture, Maryland Department of Planning, Worcester County, Ocean City, Berlin, Environmental Protection Agency, as well as both state and national parks, and citizen members of Assateague. They are charged with making sure Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan and Policy Committee directives are being implemented.
