The Newport Bay Partnership is a unique coalition of municipal government agencies and local non-profits, fueled by $20 million dollars in funding, to bring scientific expertise, community engagement and boots on the ground energy to the restoration of the Newport Bay Watershed.

- Maryland Coastal Bays Program: Managing project design and scientific implementation.
- Assateague Coastal Trust: Coordinating community engagement and educational events.
- Lower Shore Land Trust: Partnering with private landowners and farmers to build long-term stewardship.

- Worcester County Government: Outreach, mapping, and essential permitting.
- The Town of Berlin: Driving stormwater management and municipal restoration projects.
