Executive Director –
The Executive Director is a full-time salaried position (40+ hours weekly with occasional evening and weekend work). This is an on-location position requiring most hours worked to occur at the program office located in Berlin, Maryland. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the executive director functions as the principal at MCBP, responsible for the overall implementation of the Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan. This is accomplished through collaboration with program staff, coordination with program partners and shared projects, and strong community support.

Program Coordinator –
The Program Coordinator is a full-time position whose responsibility is to track and manage implementation projects that are the responsibility of the program listed in the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP). This position serves under the supervision of the Executive Director as the link between the MCBP and the partnership within the watershed. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate reporting of MCBP activities to EPA and other federal, state, and local agencies.
