This springtime! Time to celebrate native plants and native plant sales! Put a plant in your yard or in a flowerpot outside to pollinate. Nature can use all the help it can get!
One of the best resources for celebrating native plants is the University of Maryland Extension

The University of Maryland Extension is a great resource to get you started. It is a statewide, non-formal education system within the college of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
UME educational programs and problem-solving assistance are available to citizens. You can even contact them through their website with questions and/or concerns on your gardening. Click here
